This Privacy Policy explains how BugraX ("we", "us" or "our") handles information in the mobile game Loopy Sort: Color Puzzle Jam (the "Game"), available on Google Play. By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Summary

  • We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any account login.
  • Your game progress is saved only on your device. We have no servers that receive it.
  • The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device data to show and measure ads, as described below.

2. Information stored on your device

To remember your progress, the Game stores the following data locally on your device: unlocked levels, stars earned, coins, booster counts, sound and vibration settings, and daily-reward status. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and supported by ads. We use Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC, to display interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads. To deliver, personalize (where permitted) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect information such as:

  • Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version, language)
  • Ad interactions (for example, which ads were shown or tapped) and diagnostic data

This information is collected and processed by Google under its own policies. We do not receive information that directly identifies you. Learn more:

4. Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game shows a consent form (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform) when you first open it. You can choose whether to allow personalized ads. Ads are only requested after the consent form allows it. If you do not consent to personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads.

5. Your choices

  • Ad personalization: On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
  • Your game data: You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by clearing the Game's app data or uninstalling the Game.
  • Data held by Google: You can manage data Google has collected through your Google account at myaccount.google.com.

8. Data security and retention

We do not operate servers that store your data. Data collected by Google AdMob is transmitted over encrypted connections and retained according to Google's policies. Game data on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the Game.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to personalized advertising. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, most of these requests are handled through the choices in section 5 or directly with Google. You can also contact us with any request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
